Because each piece is lovingly crafted, I carefully inspect every item before it leaves my studio.
Returns & Exchanges:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

For all other returns, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and carefully packaged. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:

I will provide instructions and approve your request.

Once I receive the item in its original condition, I will process your refund or send your replacement.
Custom or Personalized Items:
Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
